Refund & Returns Policy

At Kollective Design Co, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, personalized tumblers. As our products are custom-made to your specifications, we have specific return policies in place. Please review them carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom Product Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of custom products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom tumbler orders once the order has been placed and processed.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

While we take great care in crafting your custom tumbler, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us of the defect within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Contact us at kollectivedesignco@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or damage.
  • We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Eligible Return Reasons

As all of our products are personalized, the following reasons are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Mistakes in the submitted customization details (e.g., incorrect image uploads, misspelled text).
  • General dissatisfaction with the design chosen by the customer.

4. Return Process for Defective or Damaged Products

If your return is approved for a defective or damaged item:

  • We will guide you through the return process, if applicable.
  • We may ask you to ship the defective product back to us (at our expense), after which we will issue a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if required), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
