5. Shipping & Delivery
Kollective Design Co currently ships within South Africa. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier services. We aim to provide accurate shipping estimates, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as customs, postal delays, or natural events.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
